In the afternoon, unwind at Beitou Hot Springs, where geothermal waters invite relaxation. Experience the traditional public bathhouse (optional clothing-free section) before returning to the city. Depart Taipei after breakfast, stopping first at the Tu’er Rabbit God Temple, a shrine with deep roots in local folklore and queer history. Continue south toward Taichung, where you’ll enjoy lunch at an indigenous restaurant highlighting Taiwan’s First Nations flavours.
